We want you to be completely satisfied with BoardLab Pro. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at zelectronicauy@gmail.com with:
- Your email address associated with the purchase
- The word "Refund" in the subject line
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
After the 30-Day Period
After the 30-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. After cancellation:
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to the Free tier after the billing period ends
